From learning the trade to leading the work.
Florian entered construction through his father at age 15. Over the years, that early exposure developed into deep experience across concrete finishing, carpentry, complex formwork and field leadership.
His work has progressed through hands-on production and increasingly responsible leadership roles, including foreman, senior foreman and general foreman responsibilities. That experience now informs FK Construction’s approach: understand the full scope, organize the work properly, move efficiently and protect the finish.
FK Construction is a new business. The experience behind it is not. The company was created so clients can receive premium craftsmanship, direct accountability and a crew focused on the details that determine whether work merely looks finished or is truly finished well.
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

Experience includes major concrete pours, structural slabs, shear walls, advanced flatwork finishing and specialized formwork systems, including Doka, PERI and EFCO.
