1. Information FK Construction may collect
When you request a quote or contact FK Construction, the business may collect your name, phone number, email address, project address or community, project description, approximate dimensions, preferred timeline, budget range and any photographs, plans or documents you choose to provide.
2. Why the information is collected
Information is used to respond to inquiries, assess whether FK Construction can take on the work, prepare quotes, arrange site visits, plan and administer accepted work, maintain business records and meet legal, tax or insurance obligations.
3. Website form and email storage
The quote form sends the information and permitted attachments directly to info@fkconstruction.ca. Submissions are stored in FK Construction’s WHC-hosted business mailbox. The website does not intentionally maintain a separate customer database. Avoid submitting identification documents, payment-card information or other information that is not needed to assess the project.
4. Photographs and documents
Files submitted with an inquiry are used to understand the requested work. FK Construction will not publish customer photographs, addresses or identifying project information without separate permission.
5. Sharing and service providers
Information may be accessible to authorized FK Construction personnel and may be shared with workers, subcontractors, suppliers, professional advisers or technology providers only when reasonably necessary to assess, deliver or administer the requested work. FK Construction does not sell personal information. WHC provides the website and email hosting used to receive and store inquiries.
6. Retention and safeguards
Inquiry records are deleted when they are no longer reasonably needed. Records connected to accepted work may be retained for up to six years after the end of the relevant tax year, or longer when reasonably required by law, an insurance matter or a dispute. FK Construction uses HTTPS, password-protected account access and reasonable administrative safeguards, but no email or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Access, correction and withdrawal
You may ask FK Construction to provide access to or correct your personal information, or withdraw consent where consent applies, subject to legal and contractual limitations. Withdrawal may affect the ability to assess or complete a project.
8. Cookies and analytics
The website does not currently use advertising cookies or marketing analytics. This notice will be updated before those technologies are added.
