We work directly with homeowners and also support homebuilders, general contractors and developers through larger or subcontracted scopes.
03Do you take small projects?+
Yes. There is no published minimum project size. Each inquiry is reviewed based on scope, location, scheduling and crew requirements.
04Are estimates free?+
Initial inquiries are complimentary. A site-assessment fee may apply depending on location, complexity and project size, and will always be disclosed before scheduling.
05Can I supply my own materials?+
Yes, subject to FK Construction confirming that the materials are appropriate for the intended work. Acceptance of customer-supplied materials will be confirmed before work begins.
06Do you work through the winter?+
Yes. FK Construction operates year-round. Feasibility, protection measures and scheduling depend on the project and weather conditions.
07Can you manage permits and inspections?+
Permit and inspection responsibilities depend on the project. The written scope will identify what FK Construction will coordinate and what remains the client’s responsibility.
08How quickly will you respond?+
FK Construction aims to respond to new inquiries within 24 hours during its regular inquiry hours.
09Can contractors request subcontracting support?+
Yes. The quote form includes a contractor and subcontracting pathway for commercial scopes, builder support and crew-based work.
